Join the North Carolina Employment and Training Association (NCETA) in Wilmington for the Spring 2018 Pathways to Partnerships Conference planned to enhance educational and professional development through sessions, workshops, networking, and panel presentations. All presentations and sharing of programs and projects are designed to assist workforce development professionals in developing partnerships and streamlining services to better serve customers in acquiring sustainable employment; and to assist businesses in acquiring skilled workers.
Increase your knowledge of the new Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Career Pathways, and Partnerships. Learn new ways to collaborate with partners and businesses, how to engage employers in dialogue, and hear about state and national trends and updates.
